TERMS OF SERVICE
I - GENERAL
I can refuse any requests without having to give any reasons. I will however always notify you that I refused your request.
I also keep the right to cancel the commission at any moment.
Commissions I make are not private unless discussed prior to the payment.
To commission me you must be of legal age.
Once I started the painting processes you cannot change ideas of the drawing.II - PAYMENT
I accept 50% or 100% upfront payment.
I send an invoice once everything has been agreed upon.III - REFUNDING POLICY
No refund except if I didnt draw or cancelled by myself the commission. Take in mind I start to draw only after the payment is made.IV - PROCESS
When discussing your request, you give me the references about pose(s), character(s) etc...
I will give a deadline based on the complexity of the drawing and the time I have to draw it.
I start working on your commission only after I received the payment.
During the process, I will send you these wips for your approval: The sketch, the base colors, and then the final art via google drive link.
You can tell me when you receive it if something seem wrong to you. I will not change big elements at the end of the drawing.
Once I get to the rendering step, any major changes to the drawing will not be accepted or will be made for extra payment or an increase in the deadline..V - COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
Commercial commissions may abide by different terms.
The rights to the artwork are mine. I can use it for self-promotion or as an example in the commission price list.
I will never claim your original character is mine or was designed by me unless it was.What the commissioners CAN'T do:
- Edit the artwork in any way except if we have discussed it and I have agreed upon it.
- Claim you made the artwork.
- Remove my signature
- Supply the artwork generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) like Stable Diffusion, Dall-E, Midjourney etc...
- Use the artwork in any commercial wayWhat the commissioners CAN do:
- Use the artwork for personal use only.
- Post it anywhere if you credit my name and do not make a profit out of it.
- Make prints if you do not sell them.You'll receive the original artwork file plus the source file, I'll post your artwork on bluesky or other social networks in a smaller resolution than I sent you, tagging you
